Brandy Butter

Ingredients
4 oz -
unsalted butter
4 oz -
icing sugar (a.k.a powdered or confectioners' sugar)
2 tablespoons -
boiling water
3 tablespoons -
brandy
Directions
- Allow the butter to soften at room temperature then cream together the butter and the icing sugar. Beat in the boiling water and brandy until smooth.
- Chill until needed and serve with mince pies or Christmas Pudding.
