dried Vermicelli

chicken stock cubes

Directions
- Boil the water in a kettle then transfer it to a saucepan. Dissolve the stock cubes in the water and bring it back to the boil. Add the Vermicelli and salt to taste and stir occasionally during the 3 minutes cooking. Serve in soup bowls for a quick and filling snack or light meal.
