Ingredients

ripe mangoes
8 fl oz -
milk
1 tablespoon -
maple syrup (or golden syrup, or honey)

orange
1 -
lemon
Directions
- Squeeze the juice from the orange and the lemon. Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh into pieces and place in a blender along with the orange and lemon juice, the milk and the syrup (or honey). Blend well to reduce to a drinkable consistency. Chill until needed.
