4 oz unsalted butter
4 oz icing sugar (a.k.a powdered or confectioners' sugar)
2 tablespoons boiling water
3 tablespoons brandy

How to Cook Brandy Butter
- Allow the butter to soften at room temperature then cream together the butter and the icing sugar. Beat in the boiling water and brandy until smooth.
- Chill until needed and serve with mince pies or Christmas Pudding.
Brandy Butter is great with hot apple pie!
