To make one cup:
6 slices bread
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dried parsley flakes
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon sugar
a dash dried oregano

How to Cook Italian-style Breadcrumbs
- Cut the crusts off the bread, break it into pieces and pulse it in a blender until it becomes fine breadcrumbs (this should be equivalent to about one cup of breadcrumbs). Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and blend thoroughly.
You can store your Italian-style Breadcrumbs in a sealed container for several days or in plastic bags in the freezer for months.
