How to Cook Onion, Tomato & Cucumber Raita
- Deseed the tomato and chop the flesh into small pieces. Peel the onion and cucumber and chop finely. Chop the coriander leaves. Mix the yogurt, onions and tomatoes, coriander leaves and cucumber then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Season the mustard seeds in oil for 5 minutes then add to the mixture. Serve with Indian Biryani and breads.
